A global pandemic of this magnitude is unprecedented and the impacts are big. We are staying at home, physically distancing, not working or being overworked. We are suddenly managing children at home, job losses, massive health impacts or the threat of them, and more. There is fear, stress, uncertainty, and exhaustion at individual, family, and collective levels.
AND there are many tools we can draw on to support ourselves and to support each other during this time. We want to share some of them with you.
You are invited to gather together in a reflective space to make meaning about these times. Let’s explore timeless wisdom and helpful tools to assist us with navigating these wild and uncertain times. Let’s resource ourselves internally so we can better manage the challenges we are facing.
Lisa Gibson and Lisa Hartwick will be hosting this online 5-day space. Drawing on insights from the wisdom traditions, modern psychology, and the poets, we will anchor ourselves daily in mindfulness practice, and create a space to make meaning of the challenging times we are in.

How it works
We will meet daily for 5 days, from Monday, April 27 through Friday, May 1 for 30 minutes on the Zoom Platform. Once you register using the link below, a Zoom link will be sent to you. We will use the same link for all 5 days.
If you have not used the Zoom platform before, you may be prompted to a brief install dialog. Make sure to join the call early to ensure that the technology is working well. Please be sure your Zoom application is up to date for the start of the call.
If you are unable to join in person for any of the days, we will send out the recordings of each session by the end of the day.
