About

I am a coach, facilitator, writer and systems change consultant. I specialize in helping people and groups bring their whole hearts forward in creating a more just, caring and sustainable world. Through working with individual, organizational and policy misalignments, I aim to embed systemic change, transform belief systems, and construct alliances across diversity.
With over 20 years experience in local and international work at multiple scales - from microenterprise to advocacy to international NGO-level - my work focuses on a range of issues, including:
- facilitation of complex multistakeholder processes
- leadership development
anti-racism, equity and decolonizing processes - individual and group coaching
curriculum design - applying mindfulness to changemaking
At the heart of my work, I am passionate about integrating personal transformation and social change to embody new ways of being with ourselves, each other and the earth.
I have a Masters in Gender and Development, a Bachelor of Social Work, and I am a Certified Integral Facilitator. I co-created and co-teach Simon Fraser University’s Certificate in Social Innovation.
I am supported by my beautiful family, the wild garden we collectively tame, the amazing people that I’m surrounded by, and the healing power of nature. As a woman of Irish, Polish and English decent, I am grateful to be based in Vancouver, BC on the unceded Coast Salish lands and waters of the əsəlil̓wətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), Xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), & Sḵwx̱wú7meshsi (Squamish) Nations. I work locally and travel both nationally and internationally.
